How to Use 1. Put on the Cuff

Place your left arm through the cuff. The positioning indicator guides you, and the movement alert warns you if you talk or move

2. Adjust the Cuff

Place cuff one finger width above elbow, with one finger gap for tightness, and align monitor with palm center.

3. Sit Properly

Keep the cuff level with your heart. Sit with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.

4. Start the Measurement

Relax, press Start, and view your results (30-60s) on the LED display or in the app.

Why do my readings differ from the hospital or another blood pressure monitors?
