Organic Beet Powder 
Our goal is to make the least processed beet powder on earth. We start out with Poland grown, USDA Organic, fresh, whole beet roots. They are immediately frozen after harvest then freeze-dried. As the final step, they are ground to a fine powder and packaged.
Less Packaging Why a Pouch?
At about 1/5th the weight of a plastic (HDPE) jar and 1/20th the weight of a glass jar, the pouch has up to a 5x lower carbon footprint than both a glass and plastic bottle (taking into account carbon emissions from production, transportation, and disposal).
