How do I know when the monitor is fully charged?

During charging, the side WHO indicator flashes. When fully charged, all lights on the WHO indicator remain illuminated without flashing, and the display automatically turns off after approximately 20 seconds.

Does the monitor turn off after a measurement?

After the measurement result is announced, the monitor enters standby mode and the display turns off. The monitor is not completely powered off and can be awakened by user operation.
