Will removing the patch pull on or damage my sensor?

No. The center has no adhesive, so it does not stick directly to the sensor. The patch only adheres to the skin around the sensor, making it easier to apply and remove without pulling on the device.

Can I use this patch if I have sensitive skin?

The patch is made with breathable, latex-free material and is suitable for many users with sensitive skin. However, everyone’s skin is different. If your skin is very sensitive, test a small area first and apply only to clean, dry, healthy skin.

Can I shower, swim, or exercise while wearing it?

Yes. The water-resistant top layer and acrylic adhesive help keep the patch in place during showers, swimming, workouts, and daily activities. For the best hold, apply it to clean, completely dry skin at least 1 hour before getting it wet.

Will it leave any residue when removed?

Remove the patch after a shower or wet the edges with warm water. Peel it off slowly in the direction of hair growth. If any residue remains, wash the area with warm water and mild soap, then gently wipe it with baby oil or olive oil.

What should I do after showering, swimming, or sweating?

Gently pat the patch dry with a clean towel or paper towel. Do not rub or pull at the edges. Allowing it to air-dry and keeping the edges flat will help maintain better adhesion.
