Confirm the power supply works. Ensure water tank has water below MAX line. Refill water when empty. Re-plug power cord if connection is loose. Clean the diffuser regularly.

Why Is There No Mist/Weak Mist/Weak Fragrance?

Add proper amount of water (do not exceed MAX line). Clean neutralization plate regularly. Use stronger essential oils/add more drops.

Can I use the diffuser without having the lights on?

Yes. The light and mist functions work independently. Press and hold the button for about 2s, turn light on/off, mist stays.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. Add some warm water with diluted vinegar, let it sit for 1–2 minutes, then use a damp cotton swab to gently wipe the white disc at the center of the tank. Finally, wipe dry with a soft cloth.

Does the diffuser have a built-in battery, or does it need to be plugged in?

It does not have a built-in battery. It must be connected to a power source. A 1.5m power cable and adapter are included.
