How is this system different from other countertop RO water filters?

It offers two ways to use one countertop RO system. Start with Tank Mode for no-plumbing operation, or add the compatible FreeLake Direct Water Line Kit for automatic refills. Its durable metal body also adds a refined look to your countertop.

Is the Direct Water Line Kit included?

No. The system includes everything needed for Tank Mode. The compatible Direct Water Line Kit is sold separately and is required for automatic refills.

What does the 3:1 pure-to-drain ratio mean?

The system produces up to 3 cups of purified water for every 1 cup of drain water. For best performance, empty any remaining water from the tank before starting the next filtration cycle, as instructed in the user manual.

What should I do before using the system for the first time?

Fill the tank and run 3–4 flush cycles before regular use. This helps prepare the system and filters. Please follow the user manual for complete setup instructions.

How often do the filters need to be replaced?

The PAC filter lasts up to 6 months, and the RO membrane lasts up to 24 months. The built-in filter-life indicator lets you know when replacement is needed. Actual filter life may vary based on water quality and usage.

TANK OR DIRECT WATER LINE: Choose between two water supply options in one countertop RO system. Use Tank Mode with no installation—just fill and plug in. For automatic refills, connect to a compatible water supply with the separately sold FreeLake Installation Kit. Choose the setup that fits your routine.
