What if the massage nodes do not reach low enough on my back?

Place a seat cushion or pillow on the sitting area to slightly raise your position and help the Shiatsu nodes reach lower on your back.

What if the massage intensity is too strong?

Use the removable intensity-control flap for a softer massage. You can also place a towel or blanket between your back and the massager to further reduce pressure.

Can I choose where the Shiatsu massage works on my back?

Yes. Select Full Back, Upper Back, or Lower Back. You can also use Spot mode and the arrow buttons to adjust the massage position up or down.

Does the seat provide Shiatsu kneading massage?

No. Shiatsu kneading is designed for the back area. The seat provides vibration massage rather than kneading massage.

Why does the massager stop after about 15 minutes?

This is normal. The massager has a 15-minute automatic shut-off. Allow the unit to rest before starting another session.
