4 Pre-Measurement Checks for Reliable BP

Apply the cuff on your upper arm with exposed skin and align the Artery indicator on the inside of your arm.

Ensure that there is a space of 1-2 fingers inside. Make sure the bottom edge of the arm cuff is 1 to 2 cm above the inside elbow.

Keep the cuff at heart level, rest quietly for 5 minutes before measurement, and avoid talking, moving, or emotional stress.

What features does the Vihealth app offer, and is it mandatory to use? Can I just use the device on its own?

The app offers local storage (available in Guest Mode) and free cloud storage (requires an account), with the ability to export your data as CSV or PDF reports.

The device can store data on its own, so the app is optional.

How do I sync the ViHealth app with Apple Health / Google Fit?

Step1: Check Vihealth APP> Go to “Profile” >”Third -party Services” > enable “Apple Health/Google Fit/Fitbit”.

Step2: Check Apple Health APP>Sharing> “apps”-Vihealth> enable “Diastolic BP/Systolic BP/Pulse ”

How do I pair the device with the Vihealth app?

A: On the app Dashboard, tap “Add Device Now”, then turn on your device and select “BP2A Nexus” to pair automatically.

Tip: Ensure your device remains powered on during the entire pairing process to avoid connection failures.

Why are my readings inaccurate or unstable?

Usually due to fit, posture, or activity. For accurate results:

*Wear snugly 1–2 cm above wrist.

*Sit still, arm at heart level.

*Measure when calm, 30 min after eating/exercise.
