* Small daily changes are normal due to hydration, food, or exercise. For consistent results, place the scale on a flat, hard surface. Keep your feet bare and dry. Wake up the scale and wait until the display shows “0” before stepping on to measure.

How to solve the Bluetooth/APP connection failing?

* Ensure the Fitdays app has permission to use it.

* Ensure Bluetooth and Location are on.

* Remove the battery for 10 seconds, then put it back

* Close and reopen the app, then step on the scale from the measurement screen to connect.

Why isn’t my data syncing to the app?

* Ensure the scale is successfully connected to your phone and that the app is open and shows connected.
