How does the ice bath chiller work ?

After letting it stand for 24 hours, follow the steps in the instruction manual to correctly install all connecting parts, turn on the device power, and check for leaks.

Can it be used with any cold plunge tub ?

Our chiller is compatible with 1/2″ NPT inlet/outlet ports cold plunge tubs. For tubs without ports, simply add a submersible pump (sold separately) to ensure water circulation.

How do I clean the filter ?

For a better experience, clean the filter regularly and replace the cartridge as needed (recommended based on frequency of use).

What’s the maximum water volume ?

No more than 132 gallons, and because the cooling efficiency of the chiller is related to various factors, it is recommended that ice be used with the ice bath to help achieve the desired temperature.

Why can’t the temperature reach my expected level ?

Because the insulation of the ice bath bucket is too poor or outdoor temp is too high, inflatable ice bath tub can better maintain low temperature, However, regular ice bath tubs require the addition of ice cubes to maintain a lower temperature.
